The company’s platform manages lending operations, underwriting, application processing, investor management, and loan servicing, enabling clients to access various digital finance tools to reach customers.​ Asaak is positioned to become the main asset-financing player in East Africa through partnerships with dominant players in each category, such as gum, Safeboda, Lori, Kobo, and Lori. Currently, Asaak’s core offerings include Boda Loans, Fuel Loans, Personal Loans, and Phone Loans, but in the future is looking to double down its offerings, including Bike Repair Loans, Insurance, and Driver Referrals by utilizing its accumulated database.​
