DFP successfully leads the UNDP Meet the Tōshikas program in Zambia

Zambia! 🇿🇲 What a treat it was! Double Feather Partners’ Yannick Gayama and Albert Mbithi just spent 1 week as part of a delegation with the UNDP Sustainable Finance Hub, UNDP Zambia, and BongoHive Technology and Innovation Hub, as part of the selection process of the UNDP Meet the Tōshikas project!

Our visit to the top 10 startups culminated in an Ecosystem Event with esteemed guest speakers, including Dr. Taka Kumagai from Technology Seed Incubation Co., the Ministry of Small Medium Businesses Development of Zambia, as well as the Special Assistant to the President of Zambia Jito Kayumba!

The Zambian ecosystem is a fast-growing one, with a stable socio-political climate and a government that is aware of its promise, seeking to position the country to service all of its neighboring 8 countries with an array of tech-enabled products and services!
