With 1.2 million informal motorcycle taxi drivers across Angola and an estimated $5 billion two-wheeler market, Anda has empowered thousands of drivers to transition from the informal sector to professional service providers, creating new economic opportunities. By combining driver training, GPS tracking, and structured safety measures, the company is addressing the urgent need for reliable motorcycle transport and improving safety standards nationwide. 

Anda’s achievements have been widely recognized, including being named one of Bloomberg’s “25 African Startups to Watch in 2025,” winning the TotalEnergies Pan-African Competition at the AfricArena Grand Summit, and reaching the finals of UNDP’s acceleration project, “Meet the Toshikas.”
